Conditions for travelers to take a ship:
The traveler shall hold the valid ticket, valid passport, travel certificates and the visa to the destination, and the plane ticket starting from Hong Kong International Airport, with confirmed plane zone and due within 24 hours. |

Time of taking a ship:
The traveler shall arrive at the Ferry Terminal in 30 minutes before starting of boat, and reserve no less than 120 minutes from the time of starting of boat to the time of takeoff of plane. |

Time of close:
Ticket booking and registration shall be stopped in 10 minutes before starting of boat. |

|
Stipulations on half price ticket:
No ticket shall be required on children in 0-1 year (including), and half price ticket is required for children in 1-6 years (including). |

Luggage consignment free of charge:
Regarding the luggage consignment free of charge for each traveler: The total weight shall not exceed 21kg (or 30kg for the travelers in the first-class cabin); the sum of length, width and height shall not exceed 158cm (62 inch); the quantity shall not exceed 2 packages. The charge on exceeding luggage shall be collected on the basis of each 10kg in RMB 20 Yuan per unit. The precious articles including gold and silver or its products, currency, negotiable security, jewelry, antique and cultural objects, and the articles badly packaged shall be prohibited from consignment. |

Return
of boat ticket:
If the traveler intends to return the ticket purchased,
the commission of 20% shall be charged if the case is
handled before starting of boat, and that of 20% shall
be charged if it is handled after starting of boat. In
case the ticket return for cancel of voyage caused by
force majeure or because of the shipping company, no commission
shall be charged. |

When buying ticket, the traveler shall provide valid contact number. If any inconsistency in data provided causes the failure in notifying the traveler on voyage situation in time, the shipping company shall assume no responsibility. |

If any injury or death or loss of luggage arises during the voyage, in which the shipping company shall be responsible for compensation, the limit on compensation liability shall follow the related stipulations in the Maritime Law of the P.R.C. |

This route adopts fully closed channel, and shall not involve in Hong Kong Immigration Bureau. The traveler shall only stay in the forbidden areas. |
